Can configure to 9 singles or 11, that would include two king rooms being split.
Includes breakfast provisions for the first morning of stay.

Other Charges

If you book Summerlee for 7 nights or more, all rooms will be cleaned once a week, free of charge.
Additional cleaning can be arranged at extra cost.

Chefs can be arranged.
Black Barn offer concierge services.

Cancellation policy

  • Bookings cancelled prior to 90 days of arrival the 40% deposit is refunded in full.
  • Bookings cancelled between 90 and 30 days of arrival the 40% deposit less a $250 Cancellation Fee is refunded.
  • Bookings cancelled between 90 and 30 days will NOT be refunded the 40% deposit if they are during the peak period of 15th December – 31st January, and other NZ statutory holiday periods and bookings of 4+ nights.
  • Bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival 100% of total is charged.
